a. Website visitors

• Contact details you submit through forms or WhatsApp/call (name, phone, email, business name, message).
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages viewed, via cookies and analytics.

b. Client (business) data

• Account and login details when you register or are provided access to the VAANI platform.
• Business and billing information needed to set up and operate your VAANI account.
• The projects, pricing, FAQs, and content you provide so VAANI can respond on your behalf.

c. End-customer / lead data (processed on behalf of clients) When VAANI handles communication for a client, it may process messages and contact details of that client's customers and leads. For this data, the client is the Data Fiduciary and RBAL acts as a Data Processor, processing the data only on the client's instructions. See our Data Protection page.

• To respond to enquiries, provide demos, and deliver the VAANI service.
• To set up, operate, support, and improve the service.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, for the duration of your engagement with us, and as required by law. On termination, client and end-customer data is deleted or returned per the agreement and applicable law.
