Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the VAANI AI service by Right Business Avenues LLP. It should be read together with your signed agreement and our Terms of Service. Where this Policy and the signed agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails.

1. Billing model

VAANI AI is offered on a subscription basis, typically including a one-time setup & onboarding fee and a recurring service fee. The exact fees, billing cadence, and term applicable to you are set out in your signed agreement.

2. Setup & onboarding

The one-time setup & onboarding fee covers dedicated team effort and configuration. Because this work begins immediately on engagement, once onboarding has commenced the setup & onboarding fee is non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by the Client

• Cancellation is governed by the term and notice provisions of your signed agreement.
• On cancellation, VAANI AI continues to operate until the end of the period already paid for.
• Recurring amounts paid in advance for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

4. Refund eligibility

VAANI AI is a service that is provisioned and operated on an ongoing basis. Refunds are limited and considered only where the service was not delivered due to a fault attributable to us. In such cases we may, at our discretion, provide a fair pro-rata adjustment or service credit for the affected period.

5. How to request

Email hello@vaaniai.in with your business name, account details, and the reason for the request. We will review and respond, typically within 7 working days.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, subject to your bank or payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve any billing concern. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of service. The specific commercial terms of your engagement — including notice period and any refund arrangements — are governed by your signed agreement.
